Investors Exchange Fund
Investors Exchange Fund allows investors to participate in a variety of property investment opportunities across a number of classes of property including commercial, retail, or land. Potential development or income producing property is another target market for this property syndication vehicle.
GeneralThe Investors Exchange Fund has been established to provide traditional investment opportunities in the real estate arena in the form of subdivisions, construction projects, income producing properties and also to provide a variety of different and varied investments as crowd funding investment opportunities.
StructureThe fund is a registered managed investment scheme that has a constitution, a compliance plan, and a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) Part 1. These documents describe what generally the fund will do, and how it will be compliant.
The fund becomes a “Master Fund”, and for each individual project a PDS Part 2 is written. This PDS Part 2 describes the specific project and provide the investment details. These investments can be very different and innovative opportunities which allow investors to become involved in these unique opportunities without the worry of losing a large sum. IEL Income Fund
Investors Exchange Investment Fund allows investors to participate in a mortgage investment where investors can choose directly which loan they wish to invest in affording them regular distributions.
