About Us

Investors Exchange Limited (IEL) holds an Australian financial services licence (AFSL #299024) and is the Responsible Entity for a number of registered managed investment schemes. IEL, under its licence, is able to raise funds in the retail investment market by issuing product disclosure statements (PDS).

IEL’s unique scheme structure enables it to create offerings for property developments and mortgages. Each offering made by IEL is a stand-alone class within a master trust or a stand-alone sub-trust within a master trust depending upon the asset class and offering being promoted. Each property development offering is segregated from other property developments within a similar classes or similar sub trust's so that no intermingling of one specific property development occurs with any other property development in the same trust.

Investment returns and structures vary depending upon the type of offering made. Development funding offerings can have a term as short as 12 to 18 months. Some mortgage offerings may have terms of up to 3 years. IEL's investment schemes are not only regulated by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) but are independently audited and IEL uses Perpetual as independent custodian to hold all scheme property in the property development trust on behalf of investors.
